Ever since I've known myself, I've been interested in finding out how I can be better. The process of study and applied practice to be more and more happy started in 2009, the year my first child was born. And this is no coincidence, because this event marked my life in many ways, causing many "Aha!" moments. I then became aware that this is what I want, for myself and for all the people in the world. Over the years I have learned and practiced several methods: Qi Gong, different forms of meditation, IFS, the Sedona Method, and others. I pass on those methods that, from my own experience, really work. There is no need to retire to a mountain or a monastery 🙂 You can be happy and function in society at the same time: have professional activities, family life, friends. In fact, you will enjoy all this even more!

I am passionate about helping people who want to be happy and the coaching and counseling trainings have properly equipped me to put this passion into practice, both in my personal life and in the professional field, starting with me, of course 🙂
